Overhaul Update Needed

As a flight attendant, Ive been using this app for a year now and it helps me keep all my flights organized! However the Today Widget has not been loading my trips properly for over 6 months now which is frustrating cause I have to open the app every time you need to check a flight... Ive messaged support about the issue, but its stumped them as well... To add to my frustration, the app takes a really long time to open, load, transition between pages, and generally process everything!
They are in desperate need of a design overhaul and need to find a way of making this app run smoother or Ill be moving on to find a different travel app to recommend to all my passengers.
